PRIVACY POLICY
1. DATA STORAGE
Schweinehund operates on a "Local First" basis. All habit data, statistics, and history are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults and File System. We (Permulka Consultancy B.V.) do not have access to your data, your habits, or your photos.
2. PHOTO EVIDENCE
If you use the "Photo Evidence" feature, images are stored in your device's local document directory. They are never uploaded to any external server or cloud by our app.
3. PERMISSIONS
- Notifications: Used to send local scheduled reminders.
- Camera/Photo Library: Used only when you explicitly choose to attach photo evidence to a task.

TERMS OF USE (EULA)
1. THE "SUDDEN DEATH" FEATURE
Schweinehund includes a feature called "Sudden Death Mode." By enabling this feature, you acknowledge and agree that if you fail to complete tasks according to the app's logic, YOUR ACCOUNT DATA, HISTORY, AND STREAKS WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED. Permulka Consultancy B.V. is not liable for any data loss resulting from the intended function of this feature.
2. DISCLAIMER
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will improve your productivity.
3. STANDARD EULA
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
